Product Overview

Zheng Bang’s PBR-M is a specially processed modified PVC resin powder that is best known for its fast plasticization and easy flow. Delivering high gloss and a short injection molding cycle, PBR-M can be used independently and is also suitable for injection molding applications that require high fluidity. When used in conjunction with 1000-polymerization degree resin powder, it lowers processing temperature and energy consumption, decreases formulation costs, enhances product appearance, reduces product density and increases production capacity.

Key Features

By blending PBR-M with a conventional polyvinyl chloride resin that has a polymerization degree of 1000 instead of those with polymerization degrees of 700 and 800, the melt exhibits better fluidity. This results in reduced pressure when the melt is injected into the mold, leading to lower product density, increased production yield per ton of raw material and higher profitability.
Instead of using polyvinyl chloride resins with polymerization degrees of 700 and 800, PBR-M can be blended with conventional polyvinyl chloride resin with a polymerization degree of 1000. Because the higher polymerization degree of the main resin is 1000, the end result is impact strength enhanced by more than 30% in the products manufactured.
By replacing polyvinyl chloride resins that have polymerization degrees of 700 and 800 with a blend of PBR-M and conventional polyvinyl chloride resin with a polymerization degree of 1000, the overall flowability of the formulation is improved, resulting in products with a better gloss finish.
